Today is your first day of 6th grade!

Draw a picture of you in your new classroom. Then, write how you are feeling on your first day. Are you excited? Are you nervous? Why?

Today is my first day with 6th grade students. I´m so nervous!!!!

I feel like sick, I´ve got a stomach ache and I´m tired. Last night I couldn't sleep well.  I was thinking about how to teach English to the oldest students in Principe de Asturias School.

 I used to teach little kids, 3, 4, 5 years old students, and this year will be different: ohhhhh no, six graders !!!!!!!!!!!

I did´t want to get up this morning, I think:  "I wish I could disappear!  o ! Tierra, trágame! .

After seeing your picture and writing from your first day, how have you grown this year? Explain. Then, draw a picture of yourself on your last day of 6th grade!

This school year have been a great one !  I have enjoy teaching English in this class.

I learn about 11- 12 years old students and how to teach them.  I notice  you are very good at English because you like talking in this language,  playing games, singing, reading  and acting out stories.

One of the most interesting activities was that about clothes “My Style ”, or the “Family Event”. But the best activity for me have been the Recipes you are presenting at the moment.

I hope you will have a great summer and  I trust that you will do very well in Secondary School.
